So sad to hear the news, Ben has helped so many people who came through the Summit doors and his advice was always sort out and respected, on top of this he was one of the good guys. Rest In Peace Ben xx

I was privileged to work with Ben for more then a year. What a nice, warm and very smart colleague. We will miss you Ben. My deepest condolences to the Latham and Summit family.

We were heartbroken to hear the news of Ben's passing as we had known Ben when we cared for both Poppy and Harry at Nursery and Kids Club in their younger years.
We had the privilige of getting to know Ben who was the most loving and caring Father who adored his family and they him.
The children would always have such wonderful things to say about their family adventures and family life and this news has touched all of us deeply.
We are thinking of his Tracey, Poppy and Harry, his family, friends and those he loved at such an incredibly difficult time.

I am sorry for your loss, Tracey, Poppy, Harry and everyone else who loved him dearly. Ben always strived to build relationships with people, making friends wherever he went. He had that rare ability to connect with many different types of people. As a boss he always looked out for our interests, protecting us from pressure and supporting us when we needed help. He was very generous, always paying the bill when we went out as a team. He was a role model inside and outside of work and lived life to its fullest. His presence is missed so much by us, and my thoughts are with you all xx

My heart goes out to Tracey, Poppy and Harry and all of Bens family. I was honoured to work with Ben in the very, very early days of digital at Boots. Ben was the pioneer of digital and just such a great guy and friend. I have since left Boots but Ben will always be one of my best memories of a wonderful era at a great company.

Ben was always the first one to say hello in the morning and the last one standing at the party on a night! His ability to drink anyone under the table is that of Summit ledged and one many won't forget, (unless you were one of those he managed to convince into a shot or two!)
I'll always remember Ben as a kind, caring and knowledgeable man. He has left a huge hole in the heart of Summit, and both past and present staff. He will not be forgotten, making a lasting impression on everyone he met. My deepest condolences go to all the Latham family.

Even though I only worked with Ben for a matter of months I’m still reeling from the news that he’s no longer with us. My heart is broken for his family, his children and all his colleagues at Summit.
A charming, smart and motivated man who I know will be greatly missed xx

Where to start. What a great guy. The best. I’ve known Ben for 3 years now and I can honestly say he was a great colleague, a great boss but an even better friend. Ben really cared about people – he wanted everyone to over achieve and put his heart and soul into helping the rest of us, who weren’t as clever or motivated or experienced.
He contributed to my life so much both professionally and personally. I have learnt so much from Ben and I have laughed so much with Ben. I will cherish those memories as the void he has left is as big as the man himself (enormous!)

To my mate Ben.
You have been such a support to the boys and I,
You watched out for the boys like an uncle would and always been there when i’ve needed you!
Gonna miss not saying bye to you when I leave the pub and sloping off, to stop you putting another pint in my hand. To receive a call or text moments later, saying “where have you gone”!
With our size difference I should’ve only ever been drinking halves anyway! 🤓
